Job Purpose

  • Supporting DECO & MPY China OLC budget & QRF
  • Monthly analysis DECO & MPY China OLC and identify root cause of change
  • Double check DECO & MPY China OLC accrual to ensure timely finance reporting
  • Manage DECO & MPY China costing KPI performance
  • DECO & MPY China abnormal OLC CPL tracking
  • Organize monthly OLC review meeting
  • Improve TMS system freight cost accuracy & operation efficiency
  • Coordinate internal audit for Logistics cost
  • ANT saving double check
  • Logistics costing process optimization

Key Accountabilities

 Supporting DECO & MPY OLC management (95%)

  1. To double-check contract text per request from souring
  2. To maintain Logistics price in system and ensure all price is correct and consistent with contract.
  3. Ensure all OLC 100% accurate and confirm to 3PL timely
  4. To ensure ICO freight accuracy of TMS system >95%
  5. Create PO timely and 100% follow PO approval LOA
  6. To lead cost analysis timely.
  7. To provide data support for CI project
  8. Update OLC risk by monthly
  9. Conduct cross site costing process audit by monthly and tracking findings timely

Achieve HSE target (5%)

  • 0 total reportable case TRR (for Employee & supervised contractor).
  • 100% following company HSE policy.

 

 

2. Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting costing control and lead analysis:

 

  1. Continuous monitoring DECO & MPY logistics cost, including transportation cost, forwarding cost, warehouse cost and CBCM cost, to support team achieve the annual target.
  2. Cost drivers monthly tracking and analysis to ensure cost on target.
  3. For any impact on logistics costs of the project, responsible for providing the comprehensive data analysis and discuss with related departments, to minimize the impact on the cost.
  4. Monitor and analyze, reporting logistics cost to serve and opportunities for improvement.

 

  • Accomplish all logistics cost KPI targets：

 

           To make sure the Cost KPI is accomplished timely and corrective, we will do some measures such as: controlling the expenses CI and bidding projects

 

  • Logistics cost checking and payment management：

 

  1. To promote the continuous development of Intelligent logistics, Manage all the price and contract of 3PLs and RDCs
  2. Responsible for download freight cost list from the system monthly and ensure the accuracy of the list.
  3. To ensure accuracy and reality of clearance fee of 3PL
  4. Maintain logistics cost that is failed to export, enter into system artificially.
  5. Export monthly details of 3PL cost and notify suppliers to issue invoice.
  6. After receiving invoices, arrange the payment to suppliers according to approval process.
  7. Finish the monthly and annual logistics report as requested.

 

  • Logistics supplier Management：

 

  1. Maintenance related supplier information into the system
  2. Regularly collection sub-contractor information. 

 

 

 

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above,
  • Familiar with logistics transportation and warehouse operations
  • Familiar with financial knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with various functional levels – internally and externally
  • Ability to perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation
  • Logical thinking
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
