Logistics Costing Specialist

Job Purpose

• Supporting ICO&ASC China OLC budget & QRF
• Monthly analysis ICO&ASC China OLC and identify root cause of change
• Responsible for ICO&ASC China OLC accrual to ensure timely finance reporting
• ICO&ASC China abnormal OLC CPL tracking
• Organize monthly OLC review meeting
• Improve TMS system freight cost accuracy & operation efficiency
• Coordinate internal audit for Logistics cost

Key Accountabilities

• Supporting costing control and lead analysis:

1. Check  ICO & ASC logistics cost, including transportation cost, forwarding cost, warehouse cost and CBCM cost, to ensure 100% accuracy.
2. Cost drivers monthly tracking and analysis to ensure cost on target.
3. For any impact on logistics costs of the project, responsible for providing the comprehensive data analysis and discuss with related departments, to minimize the impact on the cost.

• Accomplish all logistics cost KPI targets：

           To make sure the Cost KPI is accomplished timely and corrective, we will do some measures such as: controlling the expenses and bidding projects

• Logistics cost checking and payment management：

Experience

• Familiar with logistics transportation and warehouse operations
• Familiar with financial knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with various functional levels – internally and externally
• Ability to perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation

• Logical thinking

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
