Job Purpose

You have experience of specification and/or distributor sales in the construction industry, and ideally a good understanding of reinforced concrete design and repair techniques. We are a company that forms successful partnerships with customers and are now recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to ensure we meet our business plan in the North West.


As Technical Sales Engineer we will look to you to grow sales within the region. This will involve building relationships with key decision makers, including distributors, contractors and specifiers. You will identify and develop new business opportunities too. You will also give technical and sales presentations, support the sales forecasting process as well as produce specifications. Important will be the ability to become recognised as an industry expert in the field of concrete reinstatement and protection by the local market.

Experience

Of graduate calibre you will possess extensive knowledge of the construction sector, and ideally of reinforced concrete design and repair techniques. Experienced in specification and/or distributor sales, you will be comfortable prospecting for new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships. You will have well developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills too. You will also enjoy working as part of a team and be committed to achieving results.
