Job Purpose

  • To manage all the operation aspects of the store.
    • Stock ordering & planning
    • Stock merchandising
    • Logistic follow up
    • Assistance with Cycle count
    • Mauvimatching function
    • POS management (colour cards/display)
    • Help to loadcarry stock when possible
    • Cleanliness
    • HSE
  • To manage the people aspect of the store.
    • Arrival and departure on time
    • Manage replacement when leave is taken
    • Respectful to clients and store supervisors
  • To manage the sales aspect of the store.
    • Customer facing

Operational Excellence

  • Assist with:
    • Stock take
    • Cycle count
    • APS follow up
    • Stock transfer

  • Assist customer with colour solutions
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of need and use your technical knowledge to provide a solution
  • Always inform customers of any delays/stock shortage as soon as possible

  • Build effective relationships with factory/logistics &sales force so as to better assist your customers
  • Ask for help to colleague and superior when needed

Experience

Experience

  • Sales / Tinting machine
  • Operational – managing stock/colorants
  • IT – excel, MS office experience is beneficial
  • Mauvimatch experience
     

Knowledge

  • Tinting & colour knowledge
  • Attributes of products/services
  • Merchandising of stock and POS
  • Company processes and procedures
