Job Purpose

Colour match paint to meet a specified standard.

1. Maintenance of your equipment
   1. Regular cleaning
   2. Request for maintenance and change of part
   3. Request for re-calibration

2. Produce colour to standard for client
   1. Match colour to colour chip
   2. Match colour to sample
   3. Print colour card and put on pot

3. Manage delivery of stock
   1. Take delivery from truck
   2. Help Supervisor account for the stock transfer
   3. Keep stock as first in first out
   4. Advise supervisor on slow moving stock

4. Help store Supervisor in assisting clients
   1. Help with colour
   2. Help load client vehicle if required

Responsibilities

1. Collection of mail, from Post Office, Denver, Attorneys and delivery of mail
2. Transporting people from and to the airport when required, driver duties
3. Fleet administration
4. Insurance administration
5. License Administration
6. Oversee Pool cars
7. Ad hoc assistance by manager if needed
8. Risk assessment are updated and actions are executed and followed up and issuing work permits to contractors and any other ad hoc requests related to facilities
9. Building Walk-abouts
10. Proxy for the Company
11. Join the HSE Committee  

Job Requirements

Grade 12 / 5 years transport admin experience / Drivers License / Hands on training / Vehicle Maintenance and Insurance knowledge / Administration knowledge / Well spoken / Good knowledge of MS Office
