Lacklaborant (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Farbtonausarbeitung von lösemittelhaltigen und wasserverdünnbaren Metallic-Basislacken für die Beschichtung von Aluminiumrädern nach Farbtonvorlagen und Kundenreferenzen
• Durchführung von Farbtonmessungen und visuelle Beurteilung
• Unterstützung bei der Neuentwicklung von lösemittelhaltigen und wasserverdünnbaren Systemen (Basecoats, Klarlacke, Korrosionsschutzprimer) sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme
• Rohstoffrecherche, -screenings und Tests auf Eignung und Verwendungsmöglichkeit für Neuentwicklungen und für bestehende Systeme
• Rezeptanlage/Rezeptpflege
• Anlage und Weiterleitung von Datenblättern (Sicherheits- und technisches Datenblatt)
• Lackierung von Muster- und Designblechen
• Nachstellung von Kundenprozessen

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Lacklaborant (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lackindustrie sowie umfassende Erfahrung in der Formulierung und Verarbeitung von Industrielacken
• Ausgezeichnete Entscheidungsfähigkeit basierend auf Farben
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Arbeitsabläufe parallel zu bearbeiten
• Selbstständige, organisierte, effektive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Fließende Deutsch- sowie mindestens gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
• Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
