Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

协调所有项目要素，包括设计、质量规划、制造、安装、调试和其他方面。
预测任何潜在的项目风险，确定并制定纠正措施。
主动寻找新的或重复的业务机会。
协助设计验证和签署报告。
根据最终客户的生产要求，建立并监督工厂的整体活动，以实现生产计划和质量标准。确保这些活动在商定的预算范围内以成本效益高的方式运作。
与EHS经理一起制定和监督相关的安全和环境保护政策和程序，应用于相关的工程领域。
通过研究项目计划和规格，计算时间要求和项目要素的顺序，确定项目进度。
通过监测项目进度、协调活动和解决问题来保持项目进度。
通过审查设计、规格和计划来控制项目计划，安排变更，并提出行动建议。
通过批准支出和管理承包商合同来控制项目成本。
通过收集、分析和总结信息和趋势来准备项目状况报告，并提出行动建议。
熟悉并遵守所有适用的公司以及现场和实验室的政策/程序，涉及个人行为、HSE和产品安全与监管事务（PSRA）标准。
对现场设备熟悉了解（包含电气和机械），对于日常的维修可以进行分析和汇总，提出相应的可行的改善；同时给与维修支持和组织。
熟悉工艺过程，产品质量要求，公司的安全要求等，对于质量/工艺/安全等方面的问题，可以从设备的角度提出改善建议。
熟悉公司PSM相关的要求和政策，给与PSM相关工作给与支持；
完成公司或上级安排的其他工作。

Experience

化学或工程专业的学士学位或同等专业（机械/电气或相关专业）。
踏实工作的态度，不断学习的心态，不怕累，不怕脏。
基本的项目工程/项目管理知识。
基本的维修知识，机械和电气相关的基本的知识。
高级微软用户，包括项目和Excel软件。
冲突管理，以及工作管理，计划和组织。
英语（主要是读写能力）。
熟悉中国工程GB标准，在项目中遵守阿克苏诺贝尔工程标准。
解决问题，基本的AutoCAD或3D工厂技能。
第三方管理经验，如承包商管理。
