Job Purpose

The Commercial Operations Analyst will be the trusted business partner to the commercial Aerospace & Film teams, providing an understanding of the levers that drive growth and profitability.  You should fully understand pricing activities and able to evaluate the financial impact of potential opportunities and challenges. In this role, you will provide data on value pricing models and other methodologies to enhance the Sales team performance. This role acts as key support to the business, commercial finance, and participates in MEC activities, budgets, and forecasts processes.

Key Responsibilities

•    Customer RFQ (Request For Quote) and RFI (Request For Info) Support and Analysis
•    MEC (Month End Closing) Activities 
•    CIP (Customer incentive program) Process Management
•    Commercial Efficiency Projects
•    Pricing activities  

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
•    5-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the coatings, or other manufacturing industry.
•    5-7+ years’ experience in costing, pricing, and margin management 
•    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
•    Advanced Excel skills required (including advanced knowledge of pivot tables)
