Job Purpose

  • Lead national sales to deliver business results in line with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee distributor management through agreements and operational KPIs
  • Coach, engage, motivate and prepare team for independent delivery of budgeted numbers

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for achieving the national budget for revenue and CM.
  • Focus on business development through the addition of new customers and the introduction of new products
  • Ensure distributors' agreements are in place and all operational KPIs agreed with distributors contribute towards business objectives positively
  • Play an effective coordinator role for Pakistan to liaise with local HoDs (Supply chain, HR, Finance, Production, etc.) to provide support to Pakistan VR team
  • Play an effective coordinator role to fulfil regional reporting requirements
  • Ensure strict control over stocks and debtors to achieve optimized OWC
  • Ensure that team operates within budgeted cost for travelling and other expenses
  • Ensure key accounts needs are identified and met effectively through maintaining strong relationships at key level
  • Develop annual budgets for revenue, CM and cost, propose marketing activities.
  • Coach, engage, motivate and prepare team for independent delivery of budgeted numbers
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating company policies with special focus on CoC, HSE, and viewpoint.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, including team management in a commercial role within the Paint Decorative / Vehicle Refinish industry or the pharmaceutical industry.

Education

  • BBA / MBA / BSc (Chemistry) / MSc (Chemistry) / BSc Engineering
