Job Purpose
- Specialize role to manage Source to Contract for PR and NPR spend.
- Executes the sourcing strategy at local level and is the interface with local suppliers, planning, site quality and R&D departments.
- Acts as the key procurement interface with local stakeholders and first escalation interface to handle local supplier issues both for PR and NPR.
- Drives implementation of actions resulting from suppliers’ performances improvement programs (QDCIS)
- Manages local, plant specific suppliers and related SLAs.
- Follow & Implement Procurement Policy for PR & NPR Spend.
- Prevent spend leakage by reducing supplier base complexity and finalizing agreements/contracts to reduce spot buying and increase use of preferred suppliers.
Key Accountabilities
- Implements the sourcing strategy on site.
- Overall Responsible for PR/NPR Spend of Euro 9.5 million.
- Under PR Spend responsible for Source to Contract “Packagaing, Solvent and Additives Category”.
- Under NPR Spend responsible for Source to Contract “2500<50000” for All Categories.
- For Manufacturing/Plant Spares responsible for Source to Contract for Total Spend.
- Execute some high value and high complexity (>€50k) sourcing projects with Category Manager stewardship e.g. Capex requests.
- Contract Management for PM/RM/NPR as per policy.
- Interacts with local stakeholders at site: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, RD&I, Local Commercial Organization.
- Acts as the first escalation interface to handle site related supplier issues
- Ensures proper price change management for material requirements in there geographical scope, including creation or maintenance requests for purchasing inforecords / outline agreements (for new and existing materials).
- Executes spend analysis and identifies opportunities for cost reduction.
- Follow up and timely closure of CSR-Initiatives e.g Ecovadis, TSF audit for relevant Suppliers.
- Identifies opportunities and contributes to and leads local projects, aiming to optimize MoQ, ordering volumes, lead times, payment terms etc.
- Executes risk screening at supplier onboarding and regular monitoring of risk levels for the local supply base.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in industrial or multinational environments.
- Experience managing PR & NPR categories and supplier negotiations.
- Strong background in spend management, sourcing projects and contract management.
- Proven experience in cost optimization and supplier performance improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
Education
- Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
