LTS R&D Colour Specialist & Complaint Evaluator
Slough, Berkshire SL2 5DS

Job Purpose

In this role, you will collaborate with customers and colleagues to support and deliver colour requests as well as investigate individual customer complaint colour requests. You will also identify root causes to problems and propose solutions to allow our technical advice team to resolve any customer issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow agreed processes to deliver colour requests & the creation of non-standard colour recipes.
  • Using colour-related software to measure, analyse & manipulate data to solve problems. 
  • Support a team of complaint evaluators in any high-profile quality notifications. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate & interpret customer supplied samples to identify root cause.
  • Identify justified complaints & potential quality issues.
  • Work safely & comply with company and legal process requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a laboratory environment
  • Interest in colour and colour concepts
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 
  • Understanding of the importance of working safely.
  • Available to work onsite 5 days a week
