About the role
Actively search and develop new opportunities and customers, including mid-size and big accounts, within the woodworking and flooring industry in Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up client’s activities/needs and align with Technical Service, Customer Service and Supply Planning teams for adequate supporting actions.
- Initiates and together with technical team actively participates in key phases of the sales process.
- Synchronizes own activities with all departments using CRM, up-dates the key customers’ databases with valid, accurate and complete information.
- Cooperates with technical department in handling complex technical issues and claims and in educating customers on solutions.
- Delivers periodical reports, proactively submits information regarding trends within the market and provides recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the marketplace and customer.
- Actively implement sales strategies.
- Promotes the positive company image and develops long-term relations with customers.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in woodworking industry and familiarity with technical aspects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Very good English and fluent Polish.
- Cat. B driving license.
- Effective ability to understand customer processes and markets, identify potential opportunities, create value propositions, and mobilize internal support where necessary.
- Proven ability to influence key decision makers.
- Ability to analyse market and statics.
- Ambition to develop competences and to grow within the organization.
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a matrix organization.
