What you will do?
In the role of Sales Representative, you will play a key role in both strengthening our existing customer relationships and proactively identifying exciting new business opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to plan and execute your own activities, while enjoying the support and collaboration of an experienced international team.

Based in Norway, you will become part of our dynamic Northeast Europe sales team, focusing primarily on Protective Coatings. Your customers will span diverse industries, including offshore, oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial equipment—providing variety and opportunities for continuous growth.

 

Your main tasks include:
•    Manage and grow customer relationships in Norway
•    Actively seek out new business opportunities
•    Provide technical advice and support related to our product portfolio
•    Deliver sales in line with targets and contribute to business planning
•    Negotiate agreements and manage key customer meetings
•    Keep CRM and reporting systems updated and accurate

 

This is a permanent full-time position based from a home office, preferably in South West Norway. The role includes frequent travel – up to 100 days per year – to visit customers and support sales activities. You will report to the Sales Manager Northeast Europe.

 

 

Who you are
To succeed as a Sales Representative, you should have a solid understanding of industrial paint and application techniques. Your ability to confidently interact with experienced industry professionals will be crucial to your success.


You thrive when working independently, have strong self-discipline, and enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities. Being structured, you understand the importance of efficient planning and clear reporting of your activities.


You are goal-oriented and skilled at developing long-term customer relationships through a professional, dedicated, and transparent approach. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English. Proficiency in IT systems, especially CRM tools and MS Office, is also essential for your daily work.
