Territory Manager

Job Purpose

To achieve the sales targets(volume and value) and manage the outstanding balances in line with budget

Key Accountabilities

  • Finding credit worthy distributors to work with business and develop them to play their part in business growth
  • Play effective role in achieving budgeted sales through channel management and cultivating relationships with customers
  • Manage territory’s outstanding balances keeping a strict check on the ODs, keep a healthy ratio for sales and credit sales
  • Maintain records of all customers related documents as per company policy
  • Prepare & follow monthly visit plans for regular interaction with customers
  • Timely resolution of customers / market disputes  
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecast on a timely basis

Experience

Bachelors degree
4-7 years of sales experience in retail market 
Good negotiation skills
Flexible to move at other locations
Familiar with MS Office
