Key Accountabilities

Understand well the customer’s environment and conditions included (but not limited at) management team, factory operations’ conditions, regulations, culture & others relating to our service conditions to provide the best service to the customer;
Understand well technical issues and common mistakes on finishing line to minimize damaged goods as well as customers’ claim by problems which mentioned in “ Attentions in monitor and manage finishing line”;
Take note carefully and report to line manager all customers’ request which is out of process or shorten the process which provided by AkzoNobel to protect Company in case of claim arisen due to follow these request;
Assign and monitor the team member with specific duties & responsibilities to provide the customer with technical services in line with AkzoNobel’s finishing application standards to meet the Company’s Quality requirements;
Involved in trouble shooting for popular problems at the assigned area, if any problem out of responsibility scope, an immediate report to line supervisor/manager is required;
Involved in selecting standard station samples for Production line control;
Make Color Matching & Finishing Schedule & Wet Sample Preparation if being in charge of Sample room, complete new color matching to achieve 90% customer’s satisfaction within 3 working days ;
Complete panels, samples… on agreed timeline with customer;
Get to know customer’s production schedule, stock figure and report it to line supervisor/ manager or the Company’s customer service department;
Control resources included material, manpower and overtime work;
Prepare reports based on line supervisor/ manager or Company’s requirements;
Implement P&DD annually in qualified manner for self and for each of team member;
Provide on the job training to team members;
Other tasks assigned from line manager.

Experience

• Good Experience at least 8 years in technical service; matching color and finishing schedule
• Communication in Chinese preferred
• Computer skill preferred
• Result orientation, Self-motivation and initiative in working
• Team player, good communication skills
• Problem solving capability
