Key Accountabilities

Receive and check on the COA of Raw Material, if ok take record on the public disk and save the information on standby. 
Take a detailed record of every batch for efficient handling and reference.
Check every batch on QC specification and decide either it is passed or not. If the batch eligible QC should pass the products and take a record for further reference. The sample of the batch should be preserved in QC lab to keep the consistent with the property as the next batch.
Dispose of the disqualification with the physics method and try best to match the standard, then it can be formed a coherent quality system. The original data of the product and the adjustment should be noted carefully so as to give an efficient advice to the production department.
Direct the batch maker the best way to finish the task validly and check the products thus insure the eligible coatings, In the process of the manufacture.
Bring out the certificate of analysis to the customer if it is necessary.
Regular calibrate the instrument that it can be worked properly and gain the right data of the measure.
Tidy up the QC data sheet periodically, based on the R&D. supervise refresh the QC specification so that QC lab can show the veracious COA to the customer in time.
