Job Purpose
Receiving Domestic (DN) information, preparing the Packing List up to Post Goods Issue (PGI), receiving imported goods, performing Goods Receipt (GR) and updating the IT Inventory, carrying out VLPOD posting until the issuance of the customs invoice, maintaining and updating MSDS documentation, and creating Blanket Purchase Orders (PO) up to Goods Receipt (GR), as well as ensuring the availability of all logistics department supporting materials
Key Accountabilities
Coordinating with Logistic
Coordinator on daily basis on availability of Stock Item
Ensure every picking list released is completed No DN & No item missed.
Picking List sending to Team Leader to next process
Receiving Packing List from Team
Leader and double check for Total Qty, Total Boxes, Net Weight and Total Pallets.
Execution of Post Good Issue
Do VLPOD posting when received information related to incoming goods from import supplier that shipping by Airfreight or Sea freight
Receiving documents imported completed
Do Good Received posting as documents imported
Updating IT Inventory
Checking all MSDS database by daily
Request MSDS to NL if not available
Monitoring stock consumables in weekly
Creating PO in Coupa & PO Blanket in SAP
Receiving delivery notes from supplier, checking and Good
Received in Coupa
Key Activities
Receiving Delivery Note and Creation Picking List, Posting Packing List
Updating VLPOD
Good Received import
Updating MSDS
Creating PO in Coupa & SAP
Perform receiving documents, delivery note, shipping docs, from suppliers and posting them in accordance with the work instructions
Report to the supervisor about any abnormalities or non-conformities identified during the receipt of Documents.
Have the authority to intervene, warn, and report unsafe acts or conditions in accordance with the “Golden Principle” applied at AkzoNobel.
Proactively propose improvement ideas to the team and actively participate in the execution of continuous improvement projects.
Experience
- Preferable S1
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration role
- Computer literate, preferably able work in SAP system, understanding of Customs Documents
- Good Personal characteristics. Good interpersonal skills
- Possesses strong systematic and analytical thinking, with great attention to detail
- He/She has excellent communication skills, a team player with a high sense of coordination
- Good command of written English
Education
- Preferable S1
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration role
- Computer literate, preferably able work in SAP system, understanding of Customs Documents
