Job Purpose

1. Research, plan, organize, and propose development plan for Technical Service & Quality (TSQ) team in terms of procedure, capability, documentation, tool, and related aspect
2. Create performance and KPI tracking database for TSQ team in the daily basis
3. Responsible for data management in TSQ, by managing TSQ database, whether in soft or hard copy
 

Key Accountabilities

4. Manage stock of inventory, asset, documentation, tool and equipment in TSQ department
5. Conduct periodical audit for inventory, asset, documentation, tool and equipment of TSQ department to TSQ team and related parties
6. Research, plan, organize, and propose technical and quality training course needed for TSQ team commercial team and customer
7. Create and manage training documentation for TSQ team, commercial team and customer 
8. Prepare training venue, product, tools, equipment, and things needed for every training course
9. Conduct technical and quality training course to TSQ team, commercial team and customer
10. Being a trainer for technical and quality course to TSQ team, commercial team and customer
 

Key Activities

11. Create training database and propose development plan to improve the training quality to stakeholders
12. Collaborate with related parties to resolve quality issues pertain to product in order to reduce complaints
13. Ensure satisfactory closure of complaints from external customers
14. Logs and analyzes technical problems of product to make continuous improvement for AkzoNobel Deco Indonesia in general and TSQ department in specific
15. Fulfill expectations by meeting set KPIs and contribute to expected team performance standard
16. Assists TSQ department to achieve targets and goals with or without guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
17. Able to assist Technical Service & Quality Manager in order to do all scopes in Technical Service & Quality department based on guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager

Experience

1. Minimum bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
3. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
4. Proficient with MS Office, expert in excel and powerpoint
5. Must speak English and Bahasa fluently
6. Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills 
7. Public speaking capability and ability to give training 
8. Problem solving capability and ability to work independently
9. Fast learner
10. Multi-tasking capability
11. Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills
12. Must be willing to travel around Indonesia
13. Having valid A and C driver’s license 

Education

1. Minimum bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering
