Job Purpose

Sales Executive specializing in paint and other renovation products typically works in the building and construction industry. Their primary focus is to promote and sell various paint products include water proofing product

Key Accountabilities

  1. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's range of products, including different types of paints and water proofing product
  2. Client Relationship Building: Identify potential clients in the construction and renovation sector, such as contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and preferences and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  4. Product Presentations and Demonstrations:Present product catalogs and specifications to potential clients.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify market trends and opportunities in the construction and renovation industry.
  6. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.

Key Activities

  1. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals to potential clients. Ensure that quotes align with the client's project requirements and budget.
  2. Assist clients in product selection and planning for their projects. Collaborate with clients to identify suitable products that match their design and functional needs.
  3. Gather market intelligence to adjust sales approaches and identify areas for growth. Provide post-sales support and address any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.
  4. Assist with product installation and troubleshooting, if required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
  5. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline. Provide insights and feedback to improve marketing strategies.

Experience

  1. 4 years' experience field sales and marketing experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations.
  2. Strong networking with developers, architecture firms, and interior design firms
  3. Target oriented and aggressive sales characteristic.
  4. Capability to work independently (analyze, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence.
  5. Experienced in Bath and kitchen industry or design interior would be preferred.
  6. Good command of English communication skills
  7. Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Frequent travels are required.

Education

  1. University graduated in marketing or business administration preferred.
