Job Purpose

1. Manages delivery of commercial quality which consists of end-to-end complaint management and return management with related stakeholders
2. Research, plan, organize, and propose development plan for Commercial Quality in terms of complaint management, improvement plan and implementation, root cause analysis and business impact
3. Manage complaint management and return management in the daily basis, collaborating with Commercial and Manufacturing team in order to achieve SLA of solution to Customer
4. Prepares reports needed for Commercial Quality based on guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
5. Review and analyze performance of Commercial Quality around Indonesia in order to achieve KPI and productivity target
 

Key Accountabilities

6. Answers technical inquiry from any party through omni channels (email, call, and direct contact) 
7. Manages database of complaint and return documentation, such as Complaint Database, Performance Gap Review (PGR), and other documents
8. Co-host Integrated Quality Review (IQR) meeting together with Technical Service & Quality Manager, including preparation of schedule, data, deck and minutes of meeting as well its implementation from time to time
9. Conduct meetings needed in order to improve commercial quality with internal and external parties
10. Coordinates with Technical Services department in other countries, all factories, and related parties in order to get technical documentations, to solve technical problems, and other things needed
11. Proposes training needs, concepts and schedules for Commercial Quality improvement to Technical Service & Quality Manager 
12. Represent Technical Services & Quality department actively around Indonesia following scope of work in Technical Service & Quality department
 

Key Activities

13. Logs and analyzes technical problems of product to make continuous improvement for AkzoNobel Deco Indonesia in general and Technical Service & Quality department in specific
14. Fulfill expectations by meeting set KPIs and contribute to expected team performance standard
15. Assists and supervises Technical Services team to solve any inquiry, request or complaint regarding to technical issue
16. Assists Technical Service & Quality department to achieve targets and goals with or without guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manager
17. Able to help Technical Service & Quality Manager in order to do all scopes in Technical Service & Quality department based on guidance from Technical Service & Quality Manage
 

Experience

1. Minimum bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
3. Proficient with MS Office, expert in excel and power point
4. Must speak English and Bahasa fluently
5. Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills 
6. Public speaking capability and ability to give training 
7. Problem solving capability and ability to work independently
8. Fast learner
9. Multi-tasking capability
10. Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills
11. Must be willing to travel around Indonesia
12. Having valid A and C driver’s license 

Education

1. Minimum bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
