The successful candidate should have;

  • 2-5 years of work experience preferably in a similar role (customer service, operations, logistics, supply-chain, etc.)
  • Advanced computer knowledge and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP and CRM
  • Ability to speak English (fluent)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills



The successful candidate will;

  • Support the order-to-cash process with excellence in order processing
  • Register and process orders in the ERP system
  • Act as first level contact with for customers for quotations, answer to questions and in attempting to resolve complaints
  • Support the CRM project implementation and systematically up-date CRM
  • Raise issues in delivery and/or invoice process with Supervisor.
  • Cooperate between customer service and field sales force
  • Make contact with agents and make necessary arrangements
