Job Purpose

Help ensure constant and repeatable overall job performance of permanent and temporary employees by delivering robust educational and training packages for employees to increase their knowledge and competence in the areas of HSES, quality, and specific job duties. This position will also participate in delivering the site HSES strategy, and act as a role model for HSES compliance and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

•    Must follow and act as a role model in all established HSES rules and procedures.
•    Must demonstrate integrity while performing duties per company’s Code of Conduct.
•    Develops, leads  and ensure sustained training program for the site.
•    Develops training program structure, content, and documentation.
•    Organizes and tracks all training documentation.
•    Continuously improves the program, incorporating feedback from all levels.
•    Leads classroom training and conducts training on the floor
•    Conducts new employee HSES induction training and contractor induction and annual training.
•    Performs HSES support duties including sampling, audits, JSA, SOP review and updates
•    Contribute to the development and deployment of the site strategy including; HSES  Common Platform, annual HSES Site Improvement Plan (Enablon and A3), and meeting site KPI targets
•    Gain knowledge of local regulatory reporting and training requirements,  site and task risk assessment techniques, incident investigation techniques, through site training activities as well as personal capability development
•    Active member of the site HSES Committee, BBS Steering Team, ALPS ITF
•    Any other duties as specified by supervision and management.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred.  Manufacturing experience.  Training experience preferred.  Pass pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen. See essential qualifications. 
 

Rewards & Benefits

Base salary range for this role is: $55,000 to $60,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
