Job Purpose

As part of the NAM Chromascan team, implement technology, carry out footprint optimization projects as well as perform necessary repairs & retrofits to tint room assets across the network. The Operations Specialists will be Responsible in NAM for improving the outcomes of regional Chromascan Operations (CO)
and technical processes to improve capacity, and safety, reduce the cost of operation, and increase product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the modernization of tinting practices within the Greater NAM region (Software, Dispensing tech & Op. Practices)
  • Support the corporate & LSP tint room network with Emergency Repairs & planned setup activities of production equipment.
  • Coordinate, monitor and drive project activities, manage project risks, issues, changes, and resources and take corrective actions when necessary. Conduct root cause analysis when necessary & collaborate with stakeholders to bring restoration of Operating Standard.
  • Identify and facilitate process improvement projects aimed towards aligning SAM to NAM & ROW. 
  • Conduct compliance audits & distributor evaluations to drive results through the established CI Framework for NAM MPC.
  • Promotes health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.

Level of Autonomy

  • Manage and implement regional Chromascan projects for the Greater Americas region in alignment with Corporate Strategy.
  • Facilitate standardization of processes and learning for CO in regional distribution centers (RDCs) & Third-Party networks.
  • Act as primary point of contact for NAM Site Managers & Vendors, and support LATAM Partners with Technical expertise.
  • Ensure effective training and tools are provided to Chromascan users to maintain standards of quality and support capacity increase throughout the region.
  • Work with Logistics Teams to implement footprint changes within the region & improve process safety record

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years prior technical experience in production and/or machinery manufacturing.
  • Physics or Mechanical Engineering Education (Associates Min.).
  • Project Management & cross-functional project experience required (L6S or Agile Trained).
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management Tools and Visio/Mapping software (CAD preferred).
  • Proven Leadership Experience (1-5 direct reports).
  • Strong people and team skills (Service-based operation experience desirable).
  • Evidence of Basic Knowledge of IT Databases (SQL – Azure etc…).
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel internationally (CAN & LATAM Primarily).
  • Working knowledge of Spanish (Fluent Preferred).
  • Good communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to communicate to multiple levels and functions including customers.
  • Common sense approach, flexibility, and ability to learn.

Total Compensation

  • The salary range for these skills is: $65,000 to $75,000 + a 5% Annual Bonus
