Key Accountabilities

  • Products: Powder coatings.
  • Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, complies with safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both the laboratory and in the field.
  • Result are zero of minimum safety incidents and clean, orderly working environment.
  • Conduct formulation or technical work (in the lab) as defined in the project plan.
  • Fulfill documents result and accuracy through appropriate system.
  • Report outcome to manager.
  • Provide the project's experimental results to the team leader/director on time.
  • Familiar with relevant experimental approaches and techniques.

Experience

  • Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience with College’s Degree.
  • Technical education in relevant field, e.g chemistry, chemical technology, environmental, maths, statistics, data science etc.
  • English at immediate level.
  • Market & Product Insight.
  • Business & Technical Communication – Support Problem Solving.
  • Experimental Principles & Design – Support Technical Improvement & Innovation – Support Managing.
  • Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and good in color adjustments.
