Key Accountabilities
- Products: Powder coatings.
- Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, complies with safety policies and procedures.
- Follow safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both the laboratory and in the field.
- Result are zero of minimum safety incidents and clean, orderly working environment.
- Conduct formulation or technical work (in the lab) as defined in the project plan.
- Fulfill documents result and accuracy through appropriate system.
- Report outcome to manager.
- Provide the project's experimental results to the team leader/director on time.
- Familiar with relevant experimental approaches and techniques.
Experience
- Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience with College’s Degree.
- Technical education in relevant field, e.g chemistry, chemical technology, environmental, maths, statistics, data science etc.
- English at immediate level.
- Market & Product Insight.
- Business & Technical Communication – Support Problem Solving.
- Experimental Principles & Design – Support Technical Improvement & Innovation – Support Managing.
- Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and good in color adjustments.
