Job Purpose
Lead process improvements, standardization, and documentation across functions.
Define and implement business and operational requirements.
Manage customer complaints and drive process changes.
Monitor, report, and improve process and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & HSF Management:
- Serve as Quality & HSF Management Representative, maintaining ISO and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee QMS and HSF systems, ensuring processes meet internal, customer, and certification requirements.
- Liaise with external parties on quality and HSF matters.
- Promote awareness of customer and HSF requirements across the organization.
Quality Control:
- Manage the QC department, ensuring finished goods and raw materials meet specifications.
- Oversee lab operations, equipment calibration, and team resourcing.
- Analyze data, prepare QC reports, and drive “Right First Time” improvements.
Other Duties:
- Plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews.
- Coordinate and support external and supplier audits.
- Lead corrective actions and cross-functional control plans.
- Identify training needs and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and uphold safety standards.
Experience
- At least 8 years’ experience in Quality and HSF Management, with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001; Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
