Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the alignment between HR & the Commercial strategies

o Provide strategic alignment and inputs to the HR strategies
o Contribute to business planning activities for Commercial, identify and direct people priorities, ensure relevant interventions are planned and delivered.
o Develop People Agenda that address people issues and challenges in Commercial

  • Lead the delivery of all agreed HR interventions and programs to the Commercial function (Sales & Marketing) through quality execution of HR strategies, agenda, initiatives and processes. These include manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance management, talent development and succession, compensation and benefits, engagement, Values, employee relations, organizational change, organization design and effectiveness
  • Lead and facilitate change and change management interventions in Commercial, inspire employees to embrace change in order to ensure they are equipped for future challenges
  • Provide consultancy and coaching

o to the line management for decisions on people in order to enhance team performance and productivity, morale, culture and diversity, thereby ensuring the attraction, development and retention of Commercial talent.
o to the employees to enhance their people capabilities to deliver the company and department goals  through effective managing people challenges and opportunities within the functions

  • Drive functional specific HR projects identified as HR priorities from the HR strategy in order to improve business and organizational performance. Act as a link between functional needs and HR specialist services ensuring a high level of service excellence and support
  • As part of the HR leadership team to ensure the seamless transfer of information amongst the various HR units and consistent strategic approach and contribute to improvement of HR strategies and solutions

Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field, preferred in business disciplines
  • Sound knowledge in labor related regulation and its implementation
  • Speak and write fluently English and Vietnamese

Experience

  • A minimum of 5-year experience in multi-national companies and of these 3 years should be at middle management position in HR
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing, either in HRBP or commercial role

  • Ability to develop a credible and professional relationship with senior line management and field force levels

o Interpersonal skills and solid experience in communication, coaching and teamwork to work across all levels
