Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/d)

Job Requirements

 

•    Supports and assures the Customer Service Team’s highly professional interactions with customers associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information requirements
•    Manages the Customer Service department for the designated regions and segment
•    Manages and plans relevant (departmental) budget and proactively manages the costs
•    Determines service offering with regional teams
•    Reports on progress on a continuous base
•    Manages directly some customers on daily needs

 

•    Stimulates, manages and follows through on employee engagement and builds on the workforce to reflect the societies and markets in which we do business
•    Ensures a job profile is in place, sets objectives for team members, reviews development and provides clear, open and constructive feedback on performance combined with the appropriate actions
•    Creates an open environment in the team
•    Strengthens talent pipeline by developing talents, continuously monitors and evaluates retention risk

Key Accountabilities

 

•    Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or a related field; Masters of Business Administration or in a related field preferred
•    5-8 years work experience in commercial roles, sales and customer services
•    Solid knowledge of Paints & Coatings industry or at least any B2B industry environment
•    Clearly demonstrated Leadership Behaviours
•    Customer service orientation
•    Problem solving and results orientation mindset
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Commercial and business acumen
