Our Supply Chain Team in Hilden (Germany) or Malmo (Sweden) is looking for a

 

Commercialization Project Manager (m/f/d)

Key Accountabilities

 

  • ISC primary representative in the regional IBP New Product Development Stage Gate process to ensure smooth product launching
  • Leading supply network optimization (product sourcing) to ensure most reliable and cost efficient supply
  • Working closely with Commercial team (Marketing and RD&I), Manufacturing and other related teams
  • Review Product costing / structure to support sourcing decision
  • Identify and develop project team requirements, provide the expertise and ensure the smooth execution of any regional non-engineering projects raised in the region
  • Develop, implement and manage the critical aspects of the project such as scope, cost, time & resources management, communication and risk management through initiating, planning and executing phases of the project
  • Identify key milestone and manage the project schedule to achieve said milestones
  • Develop and manage detailed change management plan to quickly attain and sustain the expected organizational change

Job Requirements

 

  • University degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or related fields
  • Minimum 6-8 years experience in different functions of the Integrated Supply Chain
  • Knowledge on IBP processes
  • Working experience with various countries and multi-cultural team would be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task effectively with cross functional teams
  • Good project management skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills and ability to present key information to executive management
  • Demonstrate ability to drive and deliver strategic business plans and initiatives with broad business orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English; German would be a plus
