Join Our Team as a Logistics and Warehouse Manager!

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee our shipping/receiving processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

 

Operational Leadership:

•    Lead, organize, and control the delivery of warehouse operations to achieve site objectives in terms of safety, service, quality, and cost.
•    Manage and direct the work of team leaders and their teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
•    Ensure compliance with standard operating processes and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of employees, equipment, and the environment.

 

Team Development and Performance Management:

•    Develop and mentor warehouse team members to deliver unparalleled customer service and operational excellence.
•    Set performance standards, provide clear feedback, and hold team members accountable for results.
•    Attract, lead, coach, and develop employees to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

•    Develop individual team members and build a team capable of achieving operational goals.
•    Communicate targets, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control, inventory management, and shipping/receiving priorities are met.
 

Level of Autonomy

 

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager will have autonomy in various decision-making areas, including talent development, budget management, and operational planning. Specific examples include talent development, budget planning, and reporting on progress.
 

Job Requirements

 

 

Essential Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Managerment, Logistics or related field from a four-year college or university.
•    5+ years of management experience within a high-volume distribution center.
•    Strong leadership, interpersonal, and performance management skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with clear prioritization and organizational skills.
•    Effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
•    Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.).
 

Compensation/Benefits

The salary range for these skills is:  $90,000 - $100,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
