We are currently looking for a
Technical Service Representative (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
• Conducting technical training sessions and product demonstrations for customers worldwide in the Wind Blade segment
• Presenting and demonstrating our coating products, including the development of technical problem-solving strategies
• Performing laboratory analyses and application tests to support product development and quality assurance
• Carrying out technical audits and process analyses to optimize customer production processes
• Supporting the sales team as a technical expert throughout all stages of the sales process
• Testing and implementing new products and technologies, both internally and at customer sites
• Independently identifying and resolving processing issues and handling customer complaints
• Managing complex technical inquiries in close cooperation with the R&D department
• Maintaining and using IT systems to document relevant customer information
• Building long-term customer relationships and actively contributing to a positive corporate image
Your qualifications
• Technical education in coatings technology, chemistry, paint laboratory work, or a comparable field
• Several years of hands-on experience in the application and process monitoring of coating systems
• In-depth knowledge of application and testing of industrial or wind energy coatings
• Strong social and intercultural skills, including experience in international projects and a confident manner
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
