Job Responsibilities

Scopes of works

RSM is responsible for develop and execute sales strategies/plans within defined GTM models, defined resources (people/discounts/rebates/promotions etc.) and while driving adherence to defined processes and tools to deliver SSO GTM revenue, volume, mix, channel, ROS%, CM%, and productivity objectives.

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies, channel strategies and differentiated value propositions for defined SSO segments in the marketplace to deliver defined top line and bottom line
  • Ensure the sustainability of distributor deployment by delivering incremental growth in the distributor territories to offset commission payout in first two years
  • Accountable for people and OPEX spend productivity
  • Accountable for Sell-in, Sell-out, Offtake, ensuring process adherence and usage of all defined tools by self and team
  • Develop and provide support to develop competency and capability of the sales team and ensure relevant training programmes – identify team members with high potential and collaborate with MSU Director and HR partner to provide relevant 
  • Provide regular inputs to Marketing on portfolio gaps if any, evolving product performance feedback vs. key competition
  • Provide demand forecast for regional segment sales plans in line with the business IBP processes
  • Provide support and leadership to sales, customer services and technical teams by showing vision, putting in resources to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver a robust demand plan with opportunities and risks clearly identified including support to the relevant key account teams to execute their sales plans and deliver against desired service levels new developments
  • Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements

•    University degree with 12 to 16 years of Sales experience is mandatory of which at least 5 should be managing a Regional role in the country – prior experience managing distributor GTM models will be an added advantage
•    Should have the ability to work along with a team of people both FTE, CWF and Distributor and Distributor team to effectively deliver business objectives of sell-in, sell-out and offtake
•    Proven track record of execution of defined programmes and processes through a team delivering defined business objectives and good people management skills
•    Possess good analytical skills and ability to use data to identify issues and opportunities 
•    Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), 
•    Clear communication skills (written and verbal communication skills) and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
•    Senior leadership skills
