1. Purpose of the job

 

 

This role is related to Engineering department, Engineering officer is taking care Preventive and breakdown Maintenance and Implementation of site Project works, supervision of maintenance job work contractors and preparing the record and register of maintenance department etc.

 

 

 

2. Key responsibilities

 

 

Pipeline Shutdown Valve.

HSES

  • Implementation of safety systems & procedures in the plant.
  • Ensure compliance to safety guidelines in the plant.
  • Monitoring HSES KPI’s- Energy, Power, Utility etc.
  • Prepare and maintain Risk Analysis of work activities and implement the PTW System as per HSES procedures.
  • PSM implementation..

 

 

3. Level of autonomy

 

 

Yes – He needs to take approval from higher Manager.

 

 

4. Job requirements

 

 

Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from reputed institutes.

Incumbent should be around 25 –30 years of age and should have approx 3-5 years of total work experience of which a major part should have been in handling Powder coating manufacturing/Eng. operations independently.
