Job Purpose

 

Fulfil the assigned role as per QC plan, policies and procedures.

القيام بدوره المنوط به فى عملية مراقبة الجودة طبقا للخطة والسياسات والاجراءات الموضوعة.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Fulfil the assigned QC role as per the SOPs and instructions.
  • يقوم بدوره المنوط به فى عملية مراقبة الجودة طبقا لدليل اجراءات الأعمال وتعليمات العمل.
  • Liaise with relevant personnel from relevant departments to tackle any problems and escalates issues to the QC Shift Leader when necessary.
  • يتواصل مع كافة الأطراف المعنية من مختلف الادارات لازالة أى عقبات فى طريق العمل ويصعد الأمور التى لا يستطيع أن يتعامل معها الى مشرف الوردية.
  • Participate proactively with projects targeting achievement and improvement of QC and business targets/KPIs.
  • يشارك بفاعلية فى المشروعات التى تهدف الى تحقيق وتطوير أهداف ومقاييس الKPI الخاصة بمراقبة الجودة
  • Complete any required QC paperwork accurately and in full.
  • يتمم العمل الورقى الخاص به بدقة وبشكل متكامل.
  • Compile with all Site Rules and Procedures.
  • يلتزم بسياسات واجراءات الشركة.
  • Compile with all HSE and PPE instructions.
  • يلتزم بتعليمات الأمن والسلامة والصحة المهنية واستخدام أدوات الوقاية الشخصية. 
  • Report any HSE concerns or damage.
  • يبلغ عن أى أمور أو خسائر تتعلق بالأمن والسلامة والصحة المهنية
  • Lead the team to follow up the daily production program
  • يقود الفريق لمتابعة الرنامج اليومي
  • Handle shift hand over with the full team
  • يتابع وينظم استلام وتسليم الوردية مع الفريق باكمله
  • Coordinate with team leaders in production to achieve the targets
  • التنسيق مع قائد فريق مناطق الانتاج لتحقيق الاهداف المطلوبة
  • Can manage his team to get maximum performance
  • بامكانه ادارة فريقه لتحقيق اقصي كفاءة ممكنة
  • Follow up 5S activity in the lab
  • يتابع بدقة اعمال التنظيم والترتيب بالمعمل 5 ت

 

Experience

 

  • 5-7 Years in QC experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Basic knowledge about Excel
