Job Purpose


Coordinate the overall HR operations - such as the below- in order to provide pro-active, results-oriented HR service to the organization:

  • Employee Relations
  • Payroll and its entries, 
  • Attendance, 
  • Vacation, 
  • Medical and Life Insurance, 
  • Pension, 
  • Company loans, 
  • Hirings and Terminations
  • Employee Contracts
  • Benefits (Premium Card, Mobile Phones, etc..)
  • Success Factor

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Act as HR liaison for day to day operational issues.
  • Handle the monthly payroll process including bonus calculations and quarterly incentives payments.
  • Manage the attendance and payroll software and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage employee contracts renewals.
  • Manage Medical Insurance day to day inquires with the employees as it happens.
  • Prepare relevant HR reports, statistics and analyses as required.
  • Ensure all data is being reflected accurately in SF – Act as a first point of contact for any SF support required by line managers.
  • Contribute to the preparation and processing of all type of documents related to employee relations, including promotions, lateral transfers, downgrades, salary certificates and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and constantly updates employee files and databases as per company policy and law.
  • Ensure the correct application of all company benefits as per policy.
  • Liaise with relevant external parties: banks, insurance companies, software companies…etc.
  • Liaise with finance for accounting register requirements and creation.
  • Assists with the identification and development of an employee relations database that will provide policy, performance, and compliance reports and metrics to improve the Employee Services function
  • Liaise with legal team for contracting and other relevant legal issues.
  • Provide different departments with the needed reports for their headcount, attendance, vacations and overtime.  
  • Organize communication with employees regarding payroll and related topics.
  • Compile with QHSE policies and procedures.

Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant major
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1 years spent in the Employee Relations function.
  • SuccessFactors experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Taxes guidelines is a must.
  • Language and Skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience of delivering a high-quality customer focused service
  • Experience of using a human resources database or system
  • Demonstrable experience of actively identifying and acting upon opportunities for collaborative working to achieve alignment towards common goals
  • Evidence of having a positive impact on an organization, achieved through excellent influencing skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify practical solutions to work problems
  • Experience of policy development
