Gerente Processos P2P ( Procurement to Pay )

Global Process Manager – I2P is part of the Global Process Team for P2P which is responsible for the process design, deployment of processes through the organization, defining service placement, training, identification of digital opportunities for automation and standardization, driving standardizing of operating procedures and continuous process improvement to increase productivity, leading specific I2P tooling implementation projects.

I2P covers the processes from invoice reception, over invoice processing and issue resolution throughout to the payment and supporting processes like vendor query and reconciliation processes. The actual focus area initially will be on the payment process and may be changed over time based on company and team requirements.

P2P Global Process Manager – I2P is responsible for:

• Design of the global standard processes of I2P end to end
• Business representative of the related tooling and systems

• Developing and maintaining training and communication materials and delivering training and workshops

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Run fit-gap analysis and root cause analysis and maintain deviation log and action log
• Drive process standardization and improvements
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and culture
• Coordinate the process changes and organizational change management in alignment with the systems
• Deliver process automation in the appropriate areas
• Drive Innovation / RPA / AI / Technology /
• Lead transitions, review service placements and related changes
• Liaise with the internal / external stakeholders
• Ensure control and compliance as per defined framework
• Contribute on delivery of policies and procedures
• Leading projects within P2P

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Process mining, Process re-desing and continuous improvement
• Develop standard operating procedures of I2P
• Develop and maintain training and communication materials and deliver training and workshops for AkzoNobel, BPO and captives
• Previewer of any changes made to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Run fit-gap analysis and maintain deviation logs
• Run root cause analysis and maintain action logs
• Deliver high level of process standardization
• Contribute on delivery of policies 
• Lead tooling / system alignment projects
• Facilitating the implementation and embedding of the GPD as part of the transition of processes currently not executed by the GBS Teams
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to the designated area
• Participate in process, system and organizational changes and ensure that process design is delivered as planned

Requirements

• Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business Administration / Accounting / Controlling.
• More than 5 years in P2P operations and/or process (re)design, Shared Services
• Specialized knowledge of P2P discipline, strategy and policies
• Excellent understanding of P2P process (re)design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes
• Experience project management and change management
• Process mining, data since, benchmarking, automation knowledge
• Knowledge and experience of process design methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and stakeholder management
• Able to think and work conceptually, while considering the details and impact of the processes on Operations.
• Able to work together with other Functions/Towers; has a good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in the end to end processes
• Proficient in English language
• Ability to prioritize and sensitive to deadlines, taking ownership
• Sensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment
• 15-20% International travelling might be required
