Job Purpose
You will oversee the indirect procurement process for Manufacturing and Facility Management categories, ensuring competitive pricing, right service and quality levels with the best terms and conditions in line with company policies, rules and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
• Source, support & facilitate the acquisition of NPR (Non Product Related) goods/services.
• Support the achievement of global, regional & local NPR procurement goals.
• Create/maintain relevant data for seamless execution of the NPR buying process.
• Perform spend analysis to identify & drive opportunities for procurement improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand potential challenges & business requirements to be addressed.
• Coach & train users on the tools, policies & procedures covering the NPR purchase process
• Ensure that all commercial contracts are executed in compliance with company policy.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a hands-on country purchasing role with an international understanding, ideally in a large scale organisation
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
What Makes You Stand Out
• Professional procurement accreditation will be an advantage.
• Familiar with supplier performance measurement.
• Experience of contract management.
• Experience of using Coupa would be an advantage
