Starting Salary - £26,928 plus Shift Allowance

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

  • Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
  • Identifying and reporting equipment faults, defects, or production issues.
  • Supporting production line setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
  • Completing production records and documentation accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment using 5S principles.
  • Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
