Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Introduction 
As a graduate in a Scientific discipline with experience gained in a Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) role this is a rare opportunity to develop your career with a world expert in making coatings. We are now recruiting a PSRA Specialist to evaluate and validate data sources, and ensure regulatory compliance


Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Specialist – The Role
•    Contribute to department deliverables.
•    Identify the impact on the business of legislative changes
•    Communicate findings to stakeholders
•    Produce regulatory compliance statements
•    Collaborate with internal customers and resolve raw material & product issues
•    Maintain working knowledge of European hazard classification and labelling regulation
•    Provide guidance to assure compliance for AkzoNobel raw materials & products
•    Support colleagues & help develop their skills & knowledge


Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Specialist – About You
•    University Degree or equivalent in Scientific discipline or relevant experience
•    Able to understand & interpret complex information
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•    Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key
•    Eye for detail & highly organised
•    Ideally a background in product regulations, hazard communication and product safety
•    Experience of working with quality management system an advantage
•    Experience in an industrial environment desirable
