Regional Marketing Specialist EMEA

We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to help translate strategy into action and drive demand across the region. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, segment, and product teams to deliver impactful marketing activity that brings our value proposition to life for customers.

What you’ll do:
• Translate segment strategies, market research, and customer insights into a clear regional marketing plan with defined actions.
• Partner with sales teams to drive sales activation through effective implementation of marketing and segment initiatives.
• Act as the interface between marketing and sales to support strategic execution and track progress.
• Collect and analyse competitor, customer, and market data to identify opportunities and areas of differentiation.
• Support customer and needs-based segmentation to enable more targeted and effective marketing activity.
• Implement global, segment-led campaigns and concepts to deliver sustainable differentiation in the region.
• Work with product and segment teams to ensure regional product and service portfolio requirements are met, including the management of local portfolio.
• Support regional product launches, working with global product managers, commercialisation, and sales teams.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and customer communications using the most effective channels.
• Develop and execute regional communication plans for your sub segments in collaboration with BU Marketing Communications.
• Contribute to marketing collateral, media planning, and industry communications.
What you bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a commercial or marketing environment, ideally across more than one area of marketing or sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Confident interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work effectively across teams.
• Commercial awareness with good financial acumen.
• Curiosity and motivation to uncover regional and customer insights that drive differentiation.
