Fleet & Logisitics Executive

Altrincham, Cheshire

Part Time (24 Hours)

Job Purpose
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Logistics & Fleet Managers to deliver an optimal experience for our company vehicle drivers and a high quality delivery service to the customers of our Dulux Decorator Centre network of retail outlets.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between our suppliers & internal stakeholders.
• Administer our supplier management process, including new supplier set ups, PO initiation & payment coordination.
• Work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders to ensure a consistent quality service across the UK.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure our service is compliant with company & legal requirements.
• Provide regular business reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve our service to enhance efficiency & profitability.

Job Requirements

• Passion for retail & buying.
• PC literate
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key
