Descriere

Responsabilitati:

• Crearea, mentinerea si gestionarea relatiilor comerciale cu clientii;
• Realizarea planului de vanzari si incasari pe zona Neamt;
• Identificarea de noi clienti si oportunitati de crestere a business-ului;
• Implementarea programelor de trade marketing conform standardelor companiei;
• Monitorizarea pietei si propunerea de solutii pentru optimizarea activitatii;
• Intocmeste rapoarte de vanzari sau alte raporte specifice activitatii;
• Ofera consultanta de specialitate clientilor din portofoliu sau suport in efectuarea de demonstratii de aplicare a produselor;
• Actualizarea bazei de date.

Candidatul ideal:

• studii medii sau studii superioare;
• experienta de minim 2 ani într-un post de agent vanzari in FMCG sau materiale de constructii si complementare, in distributie activa, pe piata traditionala;
• capacitate foarte buna de comunicare si relationare cu clientii, atentie distributiva, simt pentru detaliu, capacitate rapida de decizie;
• personalitate energica, gandire pozitiva, amabilitate si eficienta;
• spirit de organizare, planificare, control;
• integrare si lucru in echipa;
• flexibilitate, entuziasm si spirit de initiativa;
• atasament fata de valorile companiei;
• cunostinte operare PC, tableta. Sistem Android, Windows, Microsoft Word si Excel, Internet;
• permis de conducere categoria B.
