Responsibilities

1、按维修保养计划负责工厂内的日常点检和维护保养。
2、带领E&I技术人员执行维修作业以确保设备平稳运行。
3、轮班时负责工厂所有设备故障解决和协调以确保平稳运行。
4、监督并引导维修分包商的工作,确保分包商的工作及行为符合程序制度。
5、与生产队伍及安全队伍合作确保现场维修的安全。
6、协助电仪主管进行设备故障分析。
7、记录维修结果及设备状况并向工程师汇报。
8、负责管理维修现场的清理及维修车间的清理。
9、责相关部分维修文件的归档整理。
10、随时待命以确保工厂生产设备安全。

Experience

1、中专,专科及以上毕业, 自动化控制或相似专业。
2、化工厂设备,生产程序的一般知识。
3、仪表,PLC系统及强弱电知识。
4、劳动局颁发的高低压电工操作证。
5、化学物料的一般知识。
6、会基本的电脑办公操作。
7、HSE的基础知识。
8、至少4年化工厂的电仪维修工作经验，最好有带人经验。
