Total Compensation

  • $24/hr.
  • 4% Annual Short Term Incentive bonus per company and employee performance.

Job Purpose

While interfacing with our customers and sales team, the Warehouse Employee owns a customer order from start to finish and can escalate concerns as required. Also, the employee plays a big role in managing inventory for the facility that they work in.  All work must be performed respecting Health and Safety Guidelines.  

Key Accountabilities

  • Order Management:  Order Receipt, Entry, Confirmation, and fulfillment
  • Communication:   Communicate with Sales, customers and/or other resources as necessary either to inform or address problems.
  • Inventory Management:  Perform physical Shipping and Receiving duties as daily.  Data entry, tracking shipments in the computer system (SAP) and tinting products per specifications.  Other duties as assigned. 
  • Health, Safety & Sustainability:  All work must be performed in accordance with all Health & Safety Protocols, AkzoNobel Core Values and Code of Conduct.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years warehouse experience.  Customer Service experience an asset.
  • 3 years of Stand-Up Forklift Truck experience (Reach or Counterbalance) loading and unloading trucks.
  • Must be flexible team player, ability to stay overtime if needed (1 to 2 hours a week expected)
  • Computer Skills:   Basic computer skills required for email and data entry. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP is an asset 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis, stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Attention to detail:  ability to pick orders with accuracy, tint following formulas and colour standards (training will be provided)  
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
