Missão do Cargo

Atuar no acompanhamento dos processos de produção de tintas e vernizes, desenvolvendo conhecimentos técnicos em manufatura, Lean Manufacturing, Segurança e Qualidade, apoiando as áreas de Produção, Melhoria Contínua e Qualidade e contribuindo para a implementação de um projeto de melhoria durante o estágio.

Responsabilidades

Participar do detalhamento e da implementação de projetos de melhoria dos processos produtivos.
Revisar e atualizar instruções e procedimentos operacionais da área.
Apoiar as atividades dos programas de Melhoria Contínua, incluindo Gerenciamento Diário e Folhas de Solução de Problemas.
Conduzir ações do plano de melhoria de 5S da planta.
Realizar auditorias escalonadas dos processos produtivos.
Conduzir um projeto A3 relacionado à melhoria do processo durante o estágio.

Requisitos

Estar cursando Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Processos ou áreas correlatas.
Ter previsão de conclusão do curso entre 2028 e 2029.
Ter disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencialmente na unidade de Mauá/SP.
