Job Purpose 
Working as part of a large marketing team responsible for the total portfolio of Dulux Paints Ireland across retail and trade sectors, you will help ensure we continue to be the category and brand leader in Ireland with the mission of Adding Colour to people’s lives. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for planning and executing the Interiors Brand Plan for Dulux, including brands such as Dulux Heritage and Easycare.  You will be a key support for the Retail side of our marketing team as well as be involved in product management. 

 

Job Responsibilities 
•    Support the development & execution of brand & commercial plans for Dulux Interior Colour 
•    Manage the creation and maintenance of in-store colour catalogues and other colour collateral
•    Manage A&P budget to drive strategic initiatives
•    Support new product development projects
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand and commercial plans
•    Build effective working relationships with external partners and UK and EMEA teams

 

Job Requirements 
•    A third level marketing degree or equivalent with brand management or communications experience. 
•    Extensive marketing experience in brand marketing, full mix consumer marketing preferred. 
•    Full clean driving license.
•    Commercially astute & at ease with P&L/financial data.
