Job Purpose

Management of all CDC in China, provide prompt application support at customers’ end and increase market share on colour projects. Optimize all operational processes workflow in CDC.

Drive colour improvements with internal teams

Key Accountabilities

Provide high quality color support to customers.
Systematically collect and analyze market intelligence on color trends, develop and implement strategies to achieve color leadership in current market. 
Propose new tools/processes to enhance perception of color leadership in the market.
Responsible for color complaint process in terms of output and quality.
Manages and standardizes work processes for all facilities and improve sharing of knowledge and information across the CDC.
Prioritizes and plans resources for specific customer color support (Key accounts etc.)
Responsible for periodical performance measurement based on pre-defined KPI’s to initiate corrective action and improvement plans at both internal and external teams. 
Coordinates the development of training programs for internal teams to enhance an optimum color process and to ensure problem solving at customer end. 
Drive continuous improvements with internal teams based on customers’ requirements and manages roll-out of new solutions.
Responsible for demand and supply planning of color tools and color documentation within the CDC.
Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Direct link to R&D color teams in terms of aligning work loads, sharing best practices
Driving the digitalization of the color process in CDC in line with R&D
