Color Supervisor

Key Accountabilities

- Project leader or member for color related projects
- Prioritize activities aligned with business needs within the assigned capacity
- Take the lead in continuous improvement within the team
- Lead R&D color contact for customers and attend customer meetings
- Ability to explain technical color concepts in an accessible and compelling manner to improve collaborations and achieve outcomes
- Together with expert’s measure, analyze and optimize color processes and data
- Work closely together with all RD teams (color/solution/development, local and global) and other internal departments to come to the required results for the customers
- Get all color requests clear and complete (including needed standards, material, etc.) before transferring it to project members and/or specialists

Experience

- College degree or above, preferably Chemistry or technical background
- 3 years or above experience in project & customer management
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexible as part of a team and independently when required
- Pro-active, pragmatic hands on mentality, positive mentality with a strong drive for ownership and responsibility
