Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related fields,
  • Master’s degree in business administration will be an asset,
  • Preferred candidate will have 5-8 years’ experience in customer service & commercial roles,
  • Having experience in paints and coatings industry and/or any B2C - B2B industry environment,
  • Having experience in team management,
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and presenting, problem solving, project and time management, commercial and business acumen, strong understanding of cross functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve, working & impacting locally & globally/regionally skills,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • To be able to use MS Office Programs, SAP and BI,
  • Willing to live in Kocaeli or İstanbul Asia.

Job Description

  • Effectively engaging, developing, and leading sales operations teams with strong guidance in understanding and assessing customers’ needs, business objectives, strategies, and value propositions,
  • Developing and motivating sales operations teams with the skills and knowledge to ensure individual success and manage all people related (HR and development) responsibilities and budgets,
  • Ensuring management information system/governance structure is in place and inform higher level on consolidated risks and opportunities. Act as process coach for sales processes,
  • Developing, designing and rolling-out the sales process-related knowledge and tools for all sales channels,
  • Providing demand forecast for channel sales plans in line with the business IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes,
  • Standardizing sales order desk team works, define and follow-up sales process KPI’s, create & broadcast dashboards and standard reports for local sales leaders and executives,
  • Proactively identifying bottlenecks in the end-to-end sales processes and propose ways to improve the current operation model,
  • Driving continuous improvement across the sales operations team to generate value to customers – forecast, service, capability, efficiency, productivity,
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to support the execution of the sales plans and deliver against desired service levels new developments,
  • Being familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regards to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations,
  • Aligning with the BU Commercial Operations teams for the localization and/or execution of commercial operations agenda/decisions within the local sales organization.
