We are looking for a R&D / LTS Manager in AkzoNobel-Marshall Boya located in Dilovası.

·MSc in Chemistry / Chemical Technology +5 years of experience,

·Leadership in both, technical and administrative areas,

·Ability to think strategically/tactically,

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

·Able to work easily with cross-functional groups (sales, marketing, supply chain),

·Problem solving mind-set,

·Highly organized and self-motivating,

·Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·Attracting, leading, coaching, appraising and developing team member.

Job Description

·Understanding TR market requirements and trends,

·Supporting the business, to deliver the right products in the right quality with the correct labels and in the right color to the market,

·Responsible for maintaining the existing product portfolio, local implementation, product improvements and regulatory driven projects,

·Business partnering with local Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Unit organization to enable regional leverage and local implementation excellence,

·Keeping up to date on development and innovation pipeline to connect technology with Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Unit needs,

·Actions/escalations raising from quality concerns and competitive assessments (new product propositions, commercial activation),

·Focal point in case of complaints from the market on product performance and color,

·Drive Color technical plans for the business,

·Develops and executes operational plan for Local Technical Support, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing Unit,

·Appointment and development of people in the team.
