NPR Procurement Lead Turkey

Qualifications

We are looking for a (Senior) Buyer in AkzoNobel-Marshall located in Dilovası.

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field,

·      +3 years of experience in purchasing role preferably in an international company,

·      Professional procurement accreditation is an asset,

·      Coupa (Procurement platform) experience is an asset,

·      Project management experience,

·      Prioritizing and effective time management,

·      Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·      Self-starter, great communicator and able to influence others,

·      Sustainable in result orientation, ambassador of cultural change.

Job Description

·      Responsibility on proceeding projects up to 100k euro, for capex up to 250k euro,

·      Leading, driving the buying process for the assigned area, ensuring competitive pricing, right service, and quality level with best terms & conditions for AkzoNobel business units in Turkey,

·      Implementing global and developing regional category strategies as part of their geographic responsibility,

·      Sourcing, supporting, and facilitating the acquisition of NPR (Non Product Related - Indirect)*goods and services,

·      Supporting the attainment of NPR procurement goals, both global, regional, and local, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, payment term improvement, catalogue buying, process improvement, sustainability, etc.,

·      Training users on the tools, policies and procedures pertaining to NPR purchase,

·      Constantly reviewing relevant NPR processes and making improvement or recommendation when required,

·      Following and enforcing policies and procedures and ensuring that all commercial contracts are executed in compliance,

·      Executing S2C (Source to Contract)process professionally, competitive bidding, negotiating, bid analysis & evaluation,

·      Interacting with multiple stakeholders within the country/cluster of countries to understand, potential challenges and business requirements to be addressed,

·      Resolving the operational issues related to P2P (Purchase to Pay)promptly,

·      Developing deep market understanding and country/region specific benchmarking for the industry through methods.
